The Eastern Africa Regional Workshop, which will take place in Nairobi from 22 to 24 September 2026, will focus on the need for integrated approaches that connect terrestrial and marine systems, by examining landscape-seascape modelling to develop climate resilience and assess food system vulnerabilities across Eastern Africa.
The workshop will support the development of shared modelling approaches, cross sector data integration and coordinated policy recommendations that reflect the interconnected nature of landscapes and seascapes.
