Global Water Partnership (GWP) - Southern Africa

The Global Water Partnership Southern Africa (GWP-SA) is one implementing organisation of the Water-Energy-Food regional nexus dialogues (https://www.water-energy-food.org/nexus-regional-dialogues-programme) which aims to support regional stakeholders to operationalize the Water-Energy-Food Nexus concept into policy recommendations and pilot projects. The programme is co-funded by the European Union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, it includes North Africa (MENA), Niger Basin and Southern Africa. The Nexus Resource Platform is the leading global knowledge hub for managing and sharing resources on the Water, Energy and Food Security Nexus. It enables practitioners, researchers and policymakers to think beyond sectors to ensure access to water, energy and food for all.
